At ThailandMedicalCare.com, we strive to provide exceptional medical coordination services and facilitate seamless access to healthcare in Thailand. Please read our refund policy carefully regarding the fees for our services and scheduled appointments.
1. Service Fees
Fees for our medical coordination services are structured on a fixed-rate basis and are required to be paid in advance. Due to the nature of the preparatory work, resource allocation, and logistical arrangements made upon receipt of payment, all service fees paid to ThailandMedicalCare.com are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for initial consultations, coordination of appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative services.
2. Scheduled Appointments
Once medical appointments, procedures, or consultations have been scheduled and confirmed through our coordination service, they are also non-refundable. This policy is in alignment with the booking and cancellation terms of the medical facilities and practitioners we partner with in Thailand, who often require advance commitment for their services.
3. Client Responsibility for Medical Costs
Please be aware that our service fees cover only the medical coordination. Hospital fees and direct medical costs for treatments, procedures, diagnostics, medication, or any other healthcare services provided by the medical facility are the sole responsibility of the client. These costs are paid directly by the client to the respective medical facility and are subject to the refund policies of those individual hospitals or clinics, not ThailandMedicalCare.com.
4. Insurance Coverage
While we accept some international health insurance companies on a case-by-case basis, it is the client’s responsibility to understand their insurance coverage and any reimbursement processes. Our refund policy remains in effect regardless of insurance coverage or non-coverage for any medical or coordination costs.
